The Corporate Receptionist role demands a highly motivated team member dedicated to delivering exceptional performance and maintaining a continuous development mindset in service delivery.
Job Description

Key responsibilities include providing a world-class, client-facing front-of-house service, efficiently managing all front-of-house operations, and proactively handling visitor management, meeting rooms, cloakroom, and event management duties according to BNP Paribas service standards.

With a focus on delivering five-star service for conference bookings and switchboard operations, the Corporate Receptionist ensures professionalism and efficiency in all interactions.

Additionally, they uphold a commitment to providing professional, customer-focused, and consistent service for all inquiries, adhering to client service level agreements while serving as an ambassador of ISS Front of House.

Key Responsibilities

    • Working on various areas of the Client Services operation that includes Reception, Meeting Rooms management, Cloakroom and Event Management, Client dining floor, Conference Bookings & Switchboard

    • To ensure the smooth operation of the client site in conjunction with the other onsite team members, leaders and manager

    • To ensure that all clients and visitors requests and enquiries are fulfilled and exceed expectations

    • To ensure that all Client site procedures and standards are met

    • To develop and maintain excellent relations with Client Management

    • To maintain five-stars standards

    • To assist in the training of where necessary other Client Service and Network Team Members

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

    • GCSE Math and English or equivalent

    • A minimum of 6 months’ previous experience working in a customer service environment

    • Microsoft Outlook, Word / Excel to intermediate level

    • High degree of accuracy

    • Excellent communication skills

    • Good time management

    • Customer service skills
