The Global Client Relations teams have offices in London, Boston, New York and Pfaffikon and the team’s mission statement is to build, develop, and grow an industry leading Client Relations team working in partnership with sales to manage, maintain and strengthen our day-to-day relationship with clients.
The successful applicant will be joining as an Analyst within our EMEA Client Relations team, a team of 8 based in London and will report into the Deputy Global Head of Client Relations.

About the Apprenticeship:
The Apprentice will be studying the Level 3 Salesforce Administrator Apprenticeship alongside LDN Apprentices and will be given full support in achieving the qualification.
Please note this is a fixed-term apprenticeship role offered as part of Man Group’s School Leaver Programme, targeting motivated students aged 17-23, there may be the potential to move into a full-time role following the completion of the programme.
We are unfortunately unable to sponsor visas for this programme or provide this opportunity to individuals who already have a similar qualification at a higher level than the apprenticeship associated with this programme.
Specific responsibilities:
  • Support the coordination of client meetings and assist with operational due diligence meetings.
  • Communicate and provide support to sales teams on new products, changes to product range etc.
  • Record and maintaining prospects, product interests and opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Interact effectively with Sales Management, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations etc. to resolve operational and product queries.
  • Correct allocation of all inflows for sales teams and intermediaries.
  • Input as required for all projects impacting sales teams.
  • Help with the distribution of communications, marketing, and organising client events.
  • Assist with the implementation of new commercial agreements and the ongoing maintenance of these agreements (Intermediary, Rebate, Platform agreements etc.)
  • Contribute to bespoke reporting arrangements.
  • Be involved with the client onboarding through provision of fund dealing documentation and providing support for complex investor transactions.
  • Help with the management of trades for funds that have soft closed.

  • Strong relationship skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop strong-working relationships with stakeholders across the firm and embrace engaging with these individuals.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Team-oriented mind-set to support your colleagues, as well as working independently.
  • Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
