Anti Financial Crime Testing (AFCT) & Quality Assurance are responsible for providing assurance to the Management Board, Global Head of AFC, and key stakeholders with regards to the design and/or operating effectiveness of the control framework to manage the Bank’s financial crime risks and to respond to regulatory / legal requirements. You will be responsible for executing the end-to-end testing process in line with requirements of the AFCT procedures and minimum requirements.

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Executing review scopes, testing fieldwork, report findings and validate issue remediation
  • Delivering quality outputs and own-assigned tasks with a proactive approach
  • Escalating issues with proposed solutions to the Team Lead in a timely fashion
  • Maintaining relationships within the team
  • Coaching AFC Testing Officers to improve their skills
  • Establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with staff (e.g. Business Line AFC, Divisional Control Officers) as required to drive the completion of testing activity
  • Reporting to the Team Lead

 

Your skills and experience

 

  • Good understanding of Financial Crime risks and Testing requirements
  • Structured and organised in approach with a strong attention to detail, demonstrating a high level of diligence
  • Significant experience in a Financial Crime related role or Testing role within another risk discipline.
  • Strong report writing skills
  • An ability and desire to challenge the status quo, through analysis of systems, data, and processes
