About the role

As an Agent, Quality & Guest Experience, Projects & Quality, you will maintain high guest satisfaction by documenting, reviewing and addressing guest feedback. Your focus will be on ensuring timely and consistent responses to guest concerns and collaborating with department leaders to address root causes. Additionally, you will assist in data management and contribute to developing strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.

About you

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, strong communications skills, organizational skills, strong administrative abilities and strong customer focus. You will also have previous experience in a call center role, and preferably have a minimum of 1-2 years’ hospitality experience within a 5* resort or hotel.
