Full job description
you would be one of two administrator/receptionists supporting the work of our Personality Disorder Service at the Wallace Health Centre in Deptford. We are looking for a motivated, hardworking administrator with a commitment to provide admin support.
About the Team
We are an outpatient psychotherapy service operating on the second floor of a GP practice. The service is part of the Lewisham Adult Mental Health Directorate, part of the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM) and the wider South London Partnership.
We take referrals from community mental health teams and the primary care therapy service (IAPT) . We specialise in the treatment of patients with personality disorders, people who struggle with emotional instability, difficult relationships at home and work.
The service consists of 17 full and part-time staff, including another administrator, psychologists, psychiatrists, psychotherapists, an OT and a peer support worker. We assess patients and see them for individual and group therapy, as well as providing three crisis and support SUN groups.
The post holder will be providing reception and administration to the team. You will work closely with the Team leader, the therapist managing you, members of your team and your job share partner (in post).

Main Responsibilities:
Provide highly proficient secretarial and administrative support to the service.
To deliver a high standard of customer care that is representative of the service and the overall trust’s objectives.
Support service related projects.
Assist the service with monitoring, updating and reporting comprehensive service related activity data.
Order and ensure appropriate mechanisms are in place for goods/services provided up to £500.
Co-ordinate day to day admin support for the service and assist with the development of administrative processes.
To participate in any training and developmental needs as required by the Business Manager/Team Manager.
Support the service wide administrative cover arrangements.
