Responsibilities
- The Client Success Specialist facilitates the execution process of our digital advertising campaigns
- As the primary contact between internal departments and external clients, strong communication skills are a must, as well as working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
- The Client Success Specialist will be responsible for collaborating with our Sales reps to recommend business strategies that will optimize performance of sold campaigns, identify appropriate reallocations as needed, and provide upsell opportunities
- In this role, you will be responsible for campaign management to maximize revenue while cultivating strong and productive relationships with clients
- This role demonstrates initiative, identifying efficiencies in process, and managing high profile accounts
- The role reports directly to the Manager, Client Success
- Ensure the client strategy and campaign objectives are communicated, understood, and implemented by all cross-functional groups and work across all teams to execute against brand key performance indicators
- Manage communication with internal teams such as editorial, marketing, finance, email ops, ad ops, and sales to ensure all are aligned on the details of the advertising campaign and what needs to be done by each team for the overall program execution to ensure that we deliver client KPIs on time and on budget
- Effectively develop detailed project schedules & timelines and communicate with internal and external teams
- Take ownership of the customer experience and provide best-in-class client services
- Proactively communicate to senior management, sales, and clients thoroughly advised of status on all components of current projects
- Provide status updates to all parties when necessary
- Effectively monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing optimizations as necessary, and presenting areas for potential incremental to reps and clients to ensure client success
- After the Contracts Team enters the IO and product details into Salesforce, Client Success QAs details they receive, and kicks off the campaign to the internal teams
- Communicate campaign status to both internal and external stakeholders as needed within 24 hrs in an effort to maintain successful continuity across all accounts
- Communicate the reporting requirements from the clients to the internal teams, including overall status, delivery against KPIs and next steps on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Involved with finance to reconcile monthly billing and campaign delivery

Haymarket Media, Inc. is seeking a Client Success Specialist to join the Medical Communications team. This position is located in our New York office, with two days on-site (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) and three days remote.
