Job Description
- Conduct outreach via email/ phone.
- Schedule meetings/appointments.
- Compile information and basic word processing for publishing on NYCHA external website.
- Monitors shared mailboxes.
- Assist with timekeeping for over 150 staff members.
- Answer phones and assist with over 150 timecards.

1. For NYCHA employees, this vacancy is for a title which is normally filled through the Automated Transfer List System (ATLS). However, employees applying to this location via the Automated

Minimum Qualifications
A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a State’s Department of Education or a recognized accrediting organization?
Skills Requirement: You will be required to meet the typing skills requirement by demonstrating the ability to type accurately on a personal computer at a minimum speed of 35 words per minute after errors are deducted. You must meet this requirement in order to be appointed.

– Highly organized who is detail and solution-oriented – Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment – Ability to work within both a group and independent setting. – Strong written and oral communications skills Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent customer-service skills – Proficient with Computers Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
