Responsibilities
- This role involves assisting the Sales Executive with sales calls, showroom appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of order management
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Assist in preparing for sales calls and presentations, ensuring all materials are ready in advance
- Support the Sales Executive during showroom market appointments and manage follow-up actions
- Create and maintain accurate buy sheets, updating information as needed
- Send order recaps, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with Order Entry, Warehouse, and Buyers on orders and shipments
- Oversee sample management for marketing and online requests, ensuring timely delivery
- Create and verify online product listings, ensuring accuracy for customer-facing items
- Request online reviews through the Sozie platform to enhance product visibility
- Initiate sample requests using PLM and AS400 systems as required
- Request Purchase Orders (POs) and Electronic Data Interchanges (EDIs) from Buyers when necessary
- Review on-order statuses across all accounts to ensure timely deliveries
- Communicate with customers regarding proto samples, pre-production (PP), and top samples (TOPs)
- Manage trim recaps and obtain necessary approvals from Product Development teams
- Provide Available to Sell (ATS) information to accounts to facilitate sales efforts
- Send CADs or photos to Buyers upon request, supporting their product selections
- Conduct market research, capturing images and insights to share with the merchandising team and management

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in sales support or a related role is a plus
