Location: The Speechmark, London + *Hybrid Working
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

Duration: 12 month FTC

What you’ll do

 

The VOXI Proposition Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end development of new propositions, and the management of existing propositions that are crucial to VOXI’s success. In supporting the VOXI Proposition Lead, this role provides the opportunity for the ideation, development and launch of exciting new propositions that will drive differentiation in market – all whilst ensuring a best-in-class experience.

This is an exciting role that provides the opportunity to be at the forefront of Vodafone’s journey as a digital challenger mobile brand. In return, you’ll be encouraged to stretch yourself, work at pace and think like a challenger in one of the most exciting teams in Vodafone UK.

 

Key accountabilities:

 

  • Contribute to the definition of segment strategies and roadmap for VOXI.
  • Identify key customer and market insights.
  • Support in the design, development and launch of new propositions which will differentiate VOXI from the competition and grow our NPS, Brand consideration and market share within Youth.
  • Maintaining and optimising existing propositions.
  • Closely monitor and respond to competitive activity by identifying emerging opportunities.
  • Ensure best-in-class customer experience for all new products and work on constantly tracking and improving end-to-end customer journeys for all products and at all touchpoints.

Who you are

 

  • Solid judgment, decision making and commercial acumen.
  • Basic understanding of segment marketing.
  • Experience in shaping and implementing a go-to-market strategy working with a range of stakeholders.
  • Experience in driving commercial performance for a product/proposition.
  • Strong communication, presentation, influencing skills and stakeholder management.
  • Understanding of basic strategic and business planning.
