Job IntroductionReporting to the Tunnels Labour Manager managing the time and attendance of all the Labour workforce.

Main Responsibilities
- Control and manage the recruitment and allocation of Labour resources across multiple sites through the worksite system.
- Ensure hours worked are collected and adequately cost coded, and the relevant Labour agency and commercial teams are informed. Be the first point of call for pay queries.
- Collate and track all holiday requests from direct employees and supply chain.
- Assist the Labour Manager and Commercial teams with applications and cost of Labour.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience of similar projects, with similar duties.
- Good excel skills.
- Self-disciplined and self-motivated
- Work to strict weekly deadlines
- IT literate
- Must be able to work using their own initiative and able to work in a team.
- Good communication skills
