We have an exciting opportunity for a Release and Transfer Nurse to join our Primary Care team at HMP Pentonville, a category B/C Prison located in North London.Hours
Monday – Friday – 37.5 hours
Salary
This position is full time, you’ll receive an annual salary up to £50,000 per annum FTE – depending on experience.

What you’ll be doing
As a Triage Nurse, your responsibilities will vary. You will
- Work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse led service and prevent hospital admissions.
- Run day to clinics of pre booked patients.
- Triaging patients that have put in applications to see Nurse.
- Undertake medication rounds, dispense controlled medication, attend emergency response situations, assess patients, and undertake reception screening.
Use your skills and knowledge to deliver nurse led clinics to your patient group whilst being supported by a multi-disciplinary team.

- Registered nurse – Adult
- Current professional qualification (NMC)
- Must have Triage experience.
- Evidence of Continued Professional Development
- Understanding of the complexities of multi-disciplinary and multi-agency working
