About the Role
Level 2
Contract: Fixed term contract – 6 months
Location: London
Division: HR – T&C
This role a great opportunity for someone who is interested in Training and Competence (T&C) and is passionate about the importance of learning and the continuous skills growth of a workforce, to provide administrative support within the T&C team.
As part of a team comprising this role, T&C Lead and T&C Adviser, the T&C Administrator role is fundamental to supporting the day to day smooth running of the T&C function, interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
The role will provide the opportunity to increase technical knowledge in this key regulatory area as well as build relationships across the business.
Key responsibilities for the role will include:
  • Maintaining T&C files, systems and spreadsheets
  • Owning T&C new joiner, leaver and changes administrative processes
  • Arranging new employee induction programs and relevant training
  • Providing advice and administrative support in relation to CPD
  • Assist in key cyclical T&C activities, such as the annual reassessment of competence process
  • Work as a key contact of industry bodies to maintain employee memberships
  • Processing invoices
  • Maintaining SharePoint site
  • Administration support as relevant to any T&C projects which arise
Consumer Duty
Whilst this isn’t a directly customer facing role, the duties you will perform will contribute to the overall positive outcomes for our customers by being part of the process to ensure appropriate training and competence frameworks and support are in place for our colleagues.
About You
An interest and willingness to learn about the T&C framework and regulations within Financial Services, as well as a desire to support the growth of our people, is key for this role.
You will have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, and be able to balance managing routine daily tasks with cyclical events.
Ideally you will have strong knowledge of Excel, including the ability to use functionality such as VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables to design and maintain reports.
