Job description
Our client, recently ranked as a Leading Firm in The Legal 500 US 2022, and maintained our rankings in Chambers USA 2022 for Insurance and Insurance: Dispute Resolution, a growing global law firm specializing in insurance coverage/defense law seeks a temporary full-time Office Services/Facilities Assistant to join our New York office. Duties include traveling to courthouses to assist with submissions, preparation and organization of physical and electronic files, mail sorting and delivery, set-up and clean-up of meeting rooms, stocking and clean-up of kitchen areas, maintenance of supply inventory, inner office moves, and special projects as assigned. This position is full-time, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Required experience:
• High school degree or equivalent
