Team Member – Settlements – Contractor
Support Customers in moments that matter!
How will I help?
Mortgage Operations team are seeking talented and dedicated individuals to join their expanding team Once fully trained, the successful candidates will use their data entry and customer service skills and work as a team to process pre-settlements documents in a timely manner, coordinate with external parties to ensure settlements happen smoothly, ensure that all documentation is accurate all while providing exceptional customer service throughout the settlement process We want you to bring your experience and skills and transfer that into our team’s success and the company’s vision of delivering exceptional service.
As a Settlements Team Member, your role will entail:
- Assisting internal and external stakeholders with loan documentation and verification.
- Ensuring all the documents have been correctly executed and there are no discrepancies.
Provide support and guidance to our stakeholders and customers.

What do I need?
To excel in this role, the following experience is required:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and accountable
- Balanced decision-making
- Adherence to regulations
- Experience in settlements or a similar role within the banking or financial industry (desirable).
- Experience in an admin or documentation focussed role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
