What you’ll do
This is an incredible opportunity for someone who wants to have a company-wide impact, be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process and think creatively about how we hire top talent.
You will become a true partner to the client’s internal talent teams and work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to deliver on their hiring goals.
You will be a dedicated talent sourcer hand-picked for a client
You will be hand-picked for our client’s individual business needs and embedded into their organisation. You will get to the root of challenges through close and collaborative relationships built for success.
You will be armed with market leading recruitment technology
You will be given licenses to our extensive market leading technology stack. You will help clients make strategic hiring decisions through an improved understanding of the top talent- where they’re located, employed by, what their salaries and demographics are.
You will be involved in strategic employer & personal branding projects
You will have the chance to be involved in employer and personal branding projects to provide top talent with a window into a company’s world through corporate and personal channels. Our scalable service ranges from strategy to content creation and activation.
Who you are
- You will be passionate about all things talent acquisition and be experienced with hiring for a wide variety of skill sets at all levels of a business
- At least 3 years experience, preferably within a fast-paced company hiring Mid-Level Corporate roles – Specifically, HR & Finance
- Involvement in delivering large scale recruitment projects at pace whilst maintaining quality
- A team player and the ability to work well with a wide range of people
- A natural curiosity that has enabled you to become a subject matter expert in your chosen area
