The role
The Role:
This is your chance to join the Disabled Travel Team and be a member of a small team, where your main role will be to manage a caseload of Blue Badge and Freedom Pass applications effectively against a set criteria, whilst providing excellent customer services.
This will include screening applications from the initial stages, to ordering badges and passes on different computer systems. You will be supporting vulnerable residents over the phone and via email.
Training will be provided. If you are successful, you will be joining a supportive team with a hands on approach, where we thrive to be the best that we can be as individuals and as a team. There are lots opportunities to develop and learn new skills across the team and work on different projects.
About you:
As a Support Officer you will be key in ensuring that applications are processed efficiently and are processed right first time. We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and motivated individual who is compassionate to join our team.
