We are seeking to recruit an experienced Supervisor who will join our Food and Beverage Operations team for our hugely successful Aspers Westfield Stratford City.

The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring consistency and excellence in terms of all standards within the catering and bar environment – Bars; Restaurants; Kitchen and Satellite Kitchens in a high volume, fast-paced environment. Most importantly the successful candidate will lead and motivate all team members to deliver an engaging customer experience.
This position reports to the Customer Service Manager of F&B, and will be responsible for:
Selection Criteria (Essential)
- Ability to supervise from the front and who is hands-on, and customer-focused
- Must have experience in a supervisory role for a minimum of 1 year in hospitality
- Demonstrable basic understanding of hospitality targets, wages, stock auditing
- Applied product knowledge of beers, wines, and spirits
- Smart Rota’ing – right people right time
- Basic understanding of people management such as grievance, disciplinaries, probationary reviews, and Appraisals
- Be able to recruit, train, and retain a great team
- Late night focus must be able to work when the business is busiest
Selection Criteria (Desirable)
- A minimum of 1-year Bar and/or Catering supervision experience in a fast-paced; high volume service environment
- CIEH Level 2 in Food Safety
- BIIAB license holder
- Commercially astute
- Tevalis till system experience
- Kitchen management from stock ordering and stock audit to day-to-day due diligence

This role functions in a business that operates evenings and weekends, and as such full flexibility is required. The role will be expected to be available to work for any requirements within Aspers & this will mean evening & weekend obligations outside of ‘normal’ working hours
