Full job description
Role impact:
To provide support to the Retail Leasing Team, including, but not limited to analysis, workflow coordination, process management, and research tasks. This is a contract position for the Summer, the successful candidate must be available from May to August.
What you will deliver:
Researching new local clients for the retail leasing team and assist in the sales process with these prospects.
Preparation of internal and external research tasks relating to sales, traffic and competitive analysis.
Preparation of marketing material, leasing packages, and presentations for internal and external use.
Assist in the preparation of reports, lease summaries, and business cases.
Maintain professional service and support in client facing duties including business reviews, phone and email inquiries and other client interactions.
What your strengths are:
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word with the ability to quickly adapt to other programs (Tableau, Salesforce)
Preparation of reports and materials to meet deadlines
Strong research and prospecting abilities
Self-starter and highly motivated
What you need to succeed:
Enrolled in an Undergraduate Degree in a Business or Real Estate related program
Proficient computer skills
