Full job description
WINTER Refrigeration is currently looking for a Store Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing goods in the warehouse. Ensure efficient use of space and proper handling of inventory.
- Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock counts. Report discrepancies and manage stock replenishment.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receipts.
- Receives all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders.
- Handles proper storage and release of supplies as requested ensuring proper documentation of all incoming/outgoing transactions.
- Maintains the store/warehouse area in a neat and orderly manner.
- Demonstrates good knowledge in the use of computer software.
Requirements:
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to identify and resolve basic issues that may arise in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs.
- Willingness to take initiative and assist with tasks beyond assigned duties to contribute to the overall efficiency of warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications.
- Shall be able to speak Hindi fluently.
