We’re looking for a talented, food loving, charismatic and freaking awesome Site Lead to join our team and run one of our most prestigious B&I client contracts.

Based in the West End, our client is an international household name and the workplace shouts fun and variety on a day to day basis. We’re looking for someone to oversee the employee dining, a busy hospitality operation and an exciting internal events schedule.

You’ll lead the team on-site, with the support of our central kitchen and HQ ensuring our food and service are the highlight of our customer’s days. This is a sleeves rolled up, hands-on management position. You’ll need to lead from the front, managing the team and managing your own time in order to delivery fantastic food to our customers for our client.

You’ll be responsible for implementing standards, driving innovation and leading the team. You’ll ensure food is labelled correctly, deliveries are received and checked accurately. You’ll hold daily team briefings, be the first port of call for the client and will ensure all orders and queries are dealt with in a professional, efficient manner.

Suited to an agile operations expert with a background in B&I contract catering and a knowledge and love of the London food scene, our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years proven, successful experience as a Senior GA, GM or Catering Manager.

You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong, long lasting relationships with a variety o people. Your customer service skills will be exquisite and you will thrive in a fast paced, fun environment.

With the ability to manage and organise your own schedule you will be able to lead others, work well under pressure, work on your own as well as part of a team.
