Full job description
We’re looking for a Service Assistant to join us at Packwood and Baddesley Clinton to help busy teams throughout our visitor operations.
Salary : £23,887.50 per annum
Contract duration: Fixed term contract until 31-Oct-2025
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. You’ll work regular weekends and bank holidays.

What it’s like to work here:The team is focused on conservation projects, as well as providing an exceptional family-friendly visitor experience. The new café serves a delicious selection of produce grown in Packwood’s kitchen garden. Packwood House is part of a trio of properties alongside Baddesley Clinton and Coughton Court, so collaborative working between staff and volunteers is encouraged.
What you’ll be doing:The core part of your job is to give vital and positive support to your colleagues, wherever you’re needed, with a focus on greeting and helping visitors. No two days will be the same. You can expect to meet many different people and gain experience in different visitor areas. You’ll get involved in all kinds of tasks, including greeting visitors on arrival, restocking the shelves in the shop and clearing tables in the café. Most importantly, you’ll be talking to visitors, answering their questions and making sure they can find everything they need to enjoy their day.
