Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff in a friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and direct calls as needed.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative duties, including record-keeping and filing.
- Coordinate with teachers and school staff to support daily operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a school.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment.
