Relief Support Worker Together for Mental Wellbeing London

Ravenhill Way is 10 bed CQC registered care home in Luton. We support adults with mental health needs with the aim of promoting recovery and independence.

We are looking for a motivated individual with experience of caring or supporting individuals with mental health issues. We require someone who will be reliable, flexible and are able to use their own initiative.

Support Workers are required to do light domestic tasks such as cleaning and supporting with cooking basic meals.

The care home is staffed 24/7 and so there is a combination of early, late and sleep in shifts, which includes weekends and bank holidays. There is a sleep-in allowance which is paid in addition to your salary.
