About The Role

As a Regional Coordinator at Ipsos, you’ll be the driving force behind our team of interviewers across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. You’ll start your day by catching up on any urgent messages and reviewing the day’s project deadlines, ensuring your team is equipped to deliver exceptional results.
With a keen eye on the schedule and resource allocation, you’ll ensure the right interviewers are assigned to each project, considering their expertise and location. Once your team is out in the field, you’ll shift gears to become a supportive mentor, addressing any challenges they encounter and providing guidance every step of the way.
Your exceptional communication skills will shine as you act as a liaison between interviewers, project managers, and stakeholders,ensuring everyone is in sync and projects are running smoothly. You’ll take pride in developing your team’s skills through training sessions and one-on-one meetings, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
By proactively identifying potential roadblocks and implementing creative solutions, you’ll ensure projects stay on track and meet weekly targets. Your ability to analyse data trends will provide valuable insights that contribute to the success of each project.
