The Opportunity:

We are currently looking for a Receptionist for our Tower Hill Study Centre, to join us on a 6 month fixed term contract.
You will be the first point of contact, providing a friendly and professional service, welcoming and greeting all students, staff and visitors. You will be communicating with people in person, over the phone, and by email, and will aim to go ‘above and beyond’ to deliver an exceptional service. You will report in to the Centre Manager, and closely with them and the Head of Centre Operations to support a range of duties which will include some facilities related work with regard to classroom set ups and bookings.
The two late shifts are worked on a rota basis, during study blocks only.
About You:
We are looking for someone with considerable customer service experience in a student/customer facing capacity, with a passion for helping people to succeed and the willingness to learn new skills. You will need excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritise and organise a varied workload. You will also need experience with a range of IT systems. Experience in Higher Education would be an advantage. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
