Responsibilities

  • As a QA Manager, you will manage the performance and success of a team of Quality Analysts and Associates
  • You will collaborate effectively with leadership and the client
  • You will have an opportunity to improve operational efficiencies
  • Manages the operation of the organization’s Quality Assurance Program
  • Oversees the development of systematic approaches for assuring high quality services that meet customer needs
  • Develops training and related reward systems
  • Develops, implements, and leads key process improvement efforts and influences cross-functional efforts
  • Develops systematic approaches for assuring high quality services
  • Identifies the interface of key activities within and between the functions of the organization
  • Reviews performance reports, metrics and KPIs to determine achievement of contractual Services levels
  • Audits back-office operations including transactions performed by partner vendors
  • Works closely with management to implement process improvements and identify gaps in performance
  • Alerts Teams of any performance gaps, security incidents and process failures
  • Supports internal /external audits, ensures compliance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards and Systems and Organization Controls
  • All other duties as assigned

About The Role
