Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, proactive and dynamic Practice Support Executive to join our fast-paced corporate team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing immediate support to five partners and possess the initiative to take the lead and manage tasks independently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Diary management
  • Travel arrangements
  • Billing – follow-up and tracking with high skill level
  • Matter lifecycle management including opening matters, ensuring correct billing and client terms inputted and drafting Engagement Letters
  • PDF document handling – flattening, compiling, redactions, converting to Word
  • Document formatting using software such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Event support
Essential Requirements:
  • Strong experience of working in a legal or professional environment
  • Relevant qualifications for a secretarial role (CILEx Legal Secretary or equivalent)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to manage and organise partners’ diaries
  • Willingness to work outside core hours
  • Experienced in organising and running events

  • Strong relationship-building skills with people outside the team
Preferred Technology Skills (not essential but advantageous):
  • iManage Share
  • HighQ Dealrooms
  • PowerBi
  • Intapp (or equivalent)
