- The Senior Paralegal, Corporate will directly assist and support the General Counsel and other members of Related Companies’ legal team, with a focus on corporate governance, entity management and corporate record maintenance
- Maintain corporate entity management platform, which includes working with our various corporate service agents on state filings and annual reports to ensure legal compliance
- Prepare corporate filings, including entity formation/dissolution
- Maintain accurate corporate records and organizational documents
- Prepare corporate resolutions, corporate minutes and officer’s certificates
- Support corporate/real estate transactions and closings, including preparation of authorizing resolutions and coordinating document execution

Responsibilities
The Senior Paralegal, Corporate will directly assist and support the General Counsel and other members of Related Companies’ legal team, with a focus on corporate governance, entity management and corporate record maintenance. The ideal candidate for this role will have a corporate paralegal background and will have strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Real estate experience is not required but is strongly preferred. This position will be based in New York, NY. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Maintain corporate entity management platform, which includes working with our various corporate service agents on state filings and annual reports to ensure legal compliance
• Prepare corporate filings, including entity formation/dissolution
• Maintain accurate corporate records and organizational documents
• Prepare corporate resolutions, corporate minutes and officer’s certificates
• Support corporate/real estate transactions and closings, including preparation of authorizing resolutions and coordinating document execution
Compensation
• $110,000 – $130,000 / year
• Annual performance based bonus
