Responsibilities
- Represent, present, and organize NYFA programs to interested parties (individuals, schools, corporations)
- The foregoing shall include, but not be limited to, organize workshops, recruit students to attend said workshops or attend already existing NYFA programs, promulgate a positive public image of NYFA, and do whatever else is needed to further the best interest of NYFA
- Research, analyze and contact potential High Schools, Colleges, Schools and partners to visit, make appointments, meetings and presentations in the UK
- Conduct, organize and participate in the UK regions in outreach events in high schools, colleges, colleges fairs, information sessions, in person auditions and portfolio and events to promote NYFA and its programs
- Create annual strategy and budgeting for Outreach Trips in the UK regions
- Organize and Produce Outreach Trips in the UK regions
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with high schools, colleges, agencies and community-based organizations in the UK
- Develop good relationships with High School Counselors in the UK
- Participate in Agencies Fairs and Events, providing qualified training and workshops
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate recruitment events, information sessions, in person auditions and portfolio reviews in all the UK regions
- Serve as a liaison between NYFA and external organizations in the UK to coordinate collaborative initiatives and programs
- Collect and analyze data on outreach activities, assess their effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvement for the UK regions
- Create the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to achieve enrollment goals for the the UK region
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and outreach campaigns to target specific populations in the UK
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, including outreach efforts and student interactions
- Responsible for identifying qualified applicants for admissions to the institution through a high volume of calls and in person/zoom meetings, while operating in compliance with state laws and accreditation regulations, consistent with the highest ethical standards
- Provide information about admission requirements, academic programs, scholarships, dates, tuition, housing, campus life and any potential inquiries regarding the enrollment process to prospective students and their families in all the UK regions
- Conduct individual and group in person and/or virtual meetings to showcase facilities and highlight the unique features of NYFA
- Review applications for admission for students, in order to guide applicants to submit the correct documents ensuring compliance with established admission criteria
