Night Receptionist

 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

 

  • To ensure that all guests receive a warm, memorable and personalized assistance during the night hours of duty.
  • Setting the scene for their stay and ensure that guest needs are anticipated and any requests are actioned. Complete tasks accurate and within given deadlines.
  • Ensure the hotel remains safe throughout the night, while providing support to the hotel team, carrying out additional Maintenance, F&B and HSK roles.
  • Deal with complaints quickly and efficiently and find suitable solutions to any problem that may arise, communicating issues immediately to Management.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related activity
  • Fluency in English
  • Spanish knowledge would be a plus
  • Knowledge of the Opera system.
