Responsibilities
- A Steward or Dishwasher is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware
- Responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of the employee cafeteria
- Uses the necessary uniform during the shift
- Other duties as required
- Cleans cafeteria (tables, counters, etc.) thorough the day and sweeps/ mops floors
- Cleans all equipment in the kitchens, receiving area, loading dock, room service, service area, elevator, and walk in boxes
- Cleans coffee machine, juice machine, refrigerators, walls, garbage cans, R.S. tables, hot boxes, etc
- Keeps in excellent condition sanitation of the kitchens and burger joint
- Uses the pressure machine
- Over night position also cleans dishwashers
- Pick up garbage on F&B floors
- Garbage Related Tasks
- Picks up garbage
- Drives tractor in the compactor area
- Knows name and use of chemicals
