We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Channel Marketing Coordinator to join our international Marketing team in Kings Langley (Hertfordshire). You will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth and maximize channel partner success in some of the EMEA regions.
You would be responsible for supporting the implementation of retail marketing, online campaigns, Social Media, etc. to drive awareness, preference and growth for our brand, in our resellers’ channels.
It is critical for this role to work closely with the Sales teams locally and to develop a strong relationship with the main resellers in EMEA. You would be responsible for managing and executing marketing deliverables, online and in-store, to support product launches and campaigns.
Key responsibility:
  • Develop and execute an effective EMEA partner marketing strategy in line with global marketing, focusing on campaigns, seasonality, product launch
  • Working closely with account managers and partners to support product positioning and branding initiatives in MDF agreement, to develop and execute joint marketing plan to support our strategic priorities and sales objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with those partners, and make sure that partners are communicating the unique value of the products and services they are selling
  • Follow up campaign executions in region by building channel partner reporting and dashboard to measure ROI, in collaboration with sales, track our success on product listing, optimise investment to lead conversion and sales out
  • Educate the sales team on how to identify profitable sales streams to market products effectively to the end customer (online and in stores) in line with focus products and EMEA sales strategy
  • Gate keeper on request from the team, challenge the logic behind the request and revenue expectation
  • Own the creative process and request from beginning to end, ensuring that deadlines are met. This includes writing creative briefs, managing creative development from content review through completion and coordinating all resources to make sure everything is delivered on time
  • 2-3 years of experience in Channel Marketing or project management
  • Travel will be required across EMEA
  • Ability to work in international teams and to enthuse and establish good relationships with people,
  • Strong organizational, planning and project management skills
  • Very good written and spoken English.
  • German and/or another European language would be desirable, but not essential
  • Ability to prioritize and manage different projects with critical timelines in a fast-paced environment
