Job Description:
We are seeking a confident and dedicated Level 3 Senior Pre-school Practitioner to join our dynamic team at Cavendish Lodge Nurseries and Pre-schools. The successful candidate will lead and motivate our preschool room, overseeing the planning and delivery of engaging activities, supporting staff members, and ensuring the well-being and development of preschool-aged children alongside the preschool room Leader and Management Team. Strong leadership skills, a passion for early years education, and a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education are essential for this role. As a senior member of our early years setting, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education to our preschool children.

Key Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education
• Ability to work full time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week
• Commutable distance of Streatham
• Proven experience working with pre-school-aged children
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Ability to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment
