Job Summary: The post holder will work closely with the Company Secretary who will provide line management and professional support. Together they will manage and support Executive and Board level Committees. The post holder will provide administrative support to the Executive Team, Board of Trustees and Advisory Board members. key responsibilities: Manage and support Executive, Board Committees and Subsidiary Company meetings.

Plan meetings for the year and maintain the schedule of meetings Review and update the Committee structure annually. Conduct the annual fit and proper persons test for Executives, Trustees, Advisory Board members, and Subsidiary Company Directors, and the same during the year for new Directors/Members. Maintain the Declarations of Interest Register and the Register for Hospitality and Gifts. Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Board of Trustees and Advisory Board members as required. Assist the Company Secretary with the induction arrangements for new Trustees and Advisory Board members. Provide administrative support to the Executive Team, assisting with their diaries and emails and proactively help manage priority items.

Provide support to the Chief Executives Office / EA as required, including covering the EA to CEO at times of absence; assisting with Executive induction arrangements; and minuting/taking notes of meetings/Committees as required.
