Accenture’s Digital Workplace and Service Management group consists of leading professionals who combine business and industry knowledge with technology expertise, to deliver solutions for implementing an engaged and connected workplace. Our services revolve around the Cloud and SaaS, transitioning clients mobile, collaboration and productivity environments to a modern OpEx based model while keeping a focus on security and service-oriented architectures. As an Intelligent Workspace Consultant, you will:

Have technical expertise relevant to Digital Workplace solutions with a focus on smart building solutions

Deliver Intelligent Building and Workspace design leveraging system orchestration solutions, analytics, automation, digital twin, and IoT systems

Support development of Digital Workplace capabilities as a SME in the area of Digital Twin technologies, Intelligent Buildings, and Workspace Design and how they might integrate with other Digital Workplace capabilities including areas such as digital identity and security, remote and automated deployments, Workforce and Culture, and Change Management

Manage aspects of diverse project teams, including onshore/offshore personnel, 3rd parties and customer resources

Develop client facing assets based on technical expertise

Support and contribute to RFP and business case development, offering positioning, technical solutioning and awareness campaigns

Develop presentations which resonate with senior stakeholders

Perform project management activities

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

Experience of architecting and delivering Intelligent Workplace offerings such as: Digital Twin, IoT devices, workspace design, space reservation platforms, visitor management systems, and integration with other CAFM and IWMS systems

Knowledge of the challenges clients are experiencing in the workplace (i.e. hybrid work) and the benefits an intelligent workplace can offer including end-user experience

Knowledge of intelligent workplace operations including visual analytics, predictive analytics, automation, machine learning, and optimisation capabilities

Experience of delivering additional Digital Workplace offerings such as; collaboration and workplace modernisation (e.g. Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Windows 11 and W365), unified comms, Future Ways of Working, identity and security

Advisory knowledge to share with clients to optimise Intelligent Workspace or other Digital Workplace technologies

Familiarity with current digital workplace trends, e.g. cloud journeys (productivity, collaboration, mobility, end user device), return to the workplace, productivity solutions and tools, or foundational workplace security

Understanding of project governance, project plans, implementation activities and transformation approaches

Are ambitious, digitally minded, and can successfully combine technical understanding and business acumen to provide advisory and delivery expertise
