Responsibilities
- This role offers a chance to make a significant impact on guest experiences while growing in a supportive atmosphere
- Implement and manage the hotel’s daily quality process including goal communication, associate improvement, compliance with Crescent standards, service recovery, and problem resolution
- Interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff performance, providing clear communication and guidance
- Observe performance and encourage improvement, adjusting staffing based on hotel occupancy
- Field guest complaints and conduct thorough research to develop effective solutions
- Supervise budgeting, forecasting, training, motivating, and staffing of the Front Office and related services
- Participate in various hotel meetings and comply with attendance rules
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned
