Full job description

  • Implementing the business plan and managing the activities and resources (people, systems, budget) consistent with the strategic direction, financial limits and operating objectives of KEV, the Client Services division and the Client Success and Account Management and division
  • Expanding and deepening client relationships, and serving as the ‘face’ of KEV for all clients, as a second level contact, as well as the primary contact for certain clients
  • Managing and monitoring client assignments as well as training the account management and client success staff, and providing ongoing development for employees
  • Resource planning, reporting and communications for senior management
  • Facilitating new processes, tools, communications and training to ensure client success across teams and departments as applicable
  • Effectively managing difficult client service situations and creating a positive result
  • Identifying opportunities to increase product adoption rates in our clients and corresponding implementing solutions to clients through the client success function
  • Eventually managing the upsell and distribution of new products and/or features to KEV’s existing client base
  • Becoming a KEV evangelist within the company to your co-workers, and outside the company to clients and potential clients

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • A undergraduate degree
  • 7+ years’ experience of progressively increasing levels of responsibility in an account management role
  • A proven track record of successful key account management delivery across multiple clients
  • A driven leadership style with experience in leading teams across multiple remote locations
  • Very strong interpersonal skills with the ability to co-ordinate and lead cross-functional teams to exceed client expectations
  • Evidence of strong contributions to wider business strategy and delivery of cross functional initiatives
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • A passion for technology, building and improving processes and growing with the organization
  • Experience working with at least one of the following: the public sector, specifically school boards, or online payments/accounting software domain

It would be nice if you have:

  • Experience with KEV software, specifically the School Cash Suite
