Build a leading Retail Media business that creates value for customers and helps fund our growth
The Head of B2B Marketing will be responsible for formulating and executing a B2B Marketing strategy that drives the growth of our Winery Partnership customer base. Based in Copenhagen, Denmark, or London, United Kingdom, and reporting to our Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead efforts to grow brand awareness, engage customers, and help build a platform highlighting Vivino’s value proposition. This role combines strategic vision, operational execution, and a passion for the wine industry to drive business success.
Furthermore, here are some of the primary responsibilities we have identified for this position:
- Brand Leadership: Establish and grow the Vivino media brand, driving awareness and consideration for our products and services across “Winery” and related market sectors.
- Customer Success and Engagement: Develop a platform to showcase customer success stories and audience engagement metrics, reinforcing our value proposition and positioning Vivino as a market leader.
- Lead Generation: Support customer acquisition efforts by generating qualified leads for the Account Executive team across key markets.
- Winery Engagement: Build and execute an activation plan to engage wineries with our self-serve B2B portal and convert free users to paid services.
- CRM Evolution: Advance our CRM capabilities to enhance customer lifecycle management, cross-selling opportunities, and retention strategies.
- Trade Events: Ensure the internal Vivino teams leverage trade events to strengthen customer relationships and drive new customer acquisition while ensuring a positive ROI on event-related investments.
- Vivino Winery Awards: Reintroduce and enhance the Vivino Winery Awards to celebrate the achievements of our partner wineries and build brand loyalty.
- Operational Excellence: Utilize data-driven insights and tools to drive efficiency, automation, and added value for customers and internal teams.

- Demonstrated ability to analyze and simplify, identify trends, and derive actionable insights to optimize commercial performance
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and data analytics tools
- Experience working with engineering teams and Product managers to deploy dev-dependent initiatives and technical integrations
- Proficient in English – both written and verbal to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapt to changing priorities, and proactively seek out opportunities for improvement
