This is a full time role, 39h per week.
You will join the Front Office team, working in the Reception area of the hotel.
Main duties:
- Evaluate levels of Guest satisfaction and monitor trends, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Prepare daily reports and provide necessary information required by the Guest Experience managers.
- Handling of operational tasks, emails and updating of guest CRM profiles.
- Covering Journey ambassador shifts and assisting/directing guests through the hotel.
- Monitor service recovery reports, and managing guest communication.
- Able to perform supervisory tasks as part of the Reception team when assisting in daily operations.
- Focus on preparation of pre-arrival tasks, day to day operations, and pre-assignment of VIP stays.
What are we looking for?
- Previous senior team leader/receptionist experience in Front Office within the hotel sector
- High level of organisation and use of Microsoft excel, written communication skills
- Experience of managing day to day supervisor/team leader tasks in Reception
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations
- ONQ PMS knowledge preferred
- Working as part of a team
