We a recruiting for a Graphic Designer for our nurtur networks brands (The Guild of Property Professionals and Fine & Country)

With offices in over 300 locations worldwide, Fine & Country combines the widespread exposure of an international marketplace with the local expertise and knowledge of carefully selected property professionals.
The Guild of Property Professionals is the UKs leading network of independent Estate Agents. With over 800 members we sell and let more homes than any other chain.
Primarily working from Home but there will be requirements for the successful candidate they will need to travel to our London office, ideally once per week.
Job summary:
The Graphic Designer will develop innovative ideas that assist the companys brand awareness and product and service development. The Graphic Designer will maintain the quality and creativity of design projects. Primary duties and responsibilities include research and creativity of a variety of design projects.
General responsibilities:
- Liaising with the marketing team and other customers to determine their requirements. Designs include but are not limited to:
- All marketing tools such as: campaigns (seasonal, national, recruitment) corporate brochures, print materials, bulletins…
- Regularly review/update brand designs
- Create GIF and social media assets.
- Create HTML mailers and mailers assets.
- Design and management of all publications.
- Design of company events invitations, promotion, presentations, stands such as Regional Meetings, Conferences (internal and external) and other events attended by the brands (such as BMW PGA Championship) plus marketing tools distributed on the day.
- Create templates to be used by the Desktop publishers.
- Guild member bespoke design requirements
- Prioritising workload to deliver to service level agreements.
- Managing customer proposals from typesetting through to design, print and production.
- Working with the marketing team, briefing, and advising them with regards to design style, format, print production and timescales
- Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and websites
- Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size
- Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief.
- Work closely with the Production Manager to resolve customer queries.
- Take responsibility for project work where required.
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensuring Return on Investment for members
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
- Liaising with the admin team on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.
- Ensure all design work is on brand.
- Support with Desktop publishing work.Multi-skilling:
Assist other areas of the business where required may require travel to other Company locations on occasion.
Continuing Personal Development:
- Proactively take part in:
- Monthly one to one meeting with the line manager ongoing review of objectives, performance, development and KPIs.
- Regular Performance and Development Review meetings, agreeing SMART objectives based on team roadmap, competence model, career, and personal development, KPIs and Good to Great.

- Take responsibility for becoming proficient in all areas of the department, so team members can provide cover for each other.

- Bachelors degree in design or a related field is required.
- A strong design portfolio to showcase your creativity and familiarity with corporate designing.
- Ability to multi-task and keep to deadlines.
- The ability to work within a team and independently as required.
- Strong knowledge of various designing processes and prior experience in managing them.
- Strong grasp of working on various designing software.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in design
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Good organisational skills, with high attention to detail
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Ambitious and persistent, self-motivated and enjoys working to targets
- HTML and HTML5
- Canva and PowerPoint
- CIM, CIPR or equivalent marketing qualification.
- Prior experience with the housing market and estate agencies
- Creative writing
- Proofreading skills
