WE ARE HIRING A FULL-TIME CLIENT ADVISOR TO JOIN OUR AMAZING STORE IN NOTTING HILL, LONDON!
You will be an ambassador for GANNI. You will work within our beautifully curated stores and report directly to our Store Manager. The GANNI culture is based on a learning and results-driven mentality, where everyone is united by a common purpose.

You will support your team to always deliver service that is seamless, efficient and dedicated to the client’s needs.
You will support a business that is based on an omnichannel mentality where missing a sale is not an option. You have a result-oriented mindset and you will drive footfall through a clienteling program as an integral part of daily business. Through appointments and in-store events, you will build and foster the GANNI community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Ensure exceptional client experiences
● Deliver outstanding styling sessions
● Develop a high level of product knowledge and share your opinions on current and future trends
● Establish loyalty within the community through clienteling
● Strive to reach your KPI targets and support store KPIs with a teamwork mindset
● Support in-store shopping events through your client database and establish a program to foster client relationships.
● Maintain VM guidelines
● Assist with deliveries and stock recalls
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
● Background within a similar industry for at least 2 years
● Experience with sales and working within a results-driven environment.
● Omnichannel understanding and clienteling mindset
● Excellent communication and organizational skills
● Ability to adapt to both fast- and slow-paced environments with a proactive, can-do attitude
● Fluent in English
● Transferable client book ideally
