Job Description

• Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform
• Update and maintain product listings, including descriptions, prices, and images
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse team
• Process online orders and ensure timely fulfillment
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online purchases
• Track and analyze e-commerce metrics and prepare performance reports
• Coordinate with marketing team for promotional activities
• Optimize product categories and navigation for better user experience
• Ensure website content is up-to-date and accurate
• Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies
• Manage returns and refunds according to company policy
• Coordinate with logistics partners for efficient delivery

Job Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in e-commerce operations
• Strong understanding of online retail processes
• Proficiency in MS Office and e-commerce platforms
• Experience with inventory management systems
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing
