Job Description
- Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform
- Update and maintain product listings, including descriptions, prices, and images
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse team
- Process online orders and ensure timely fulfillment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online purchases
- Track and analyze e-commerce metrics and prepare performance reports
- Coordinate with marketing team for promotional activities
- Optimize product categories and navigation for better user experience
- Ensure website content is up-to-date and accurate
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies
- Manage returns and refunds according to company policy
- Coordinate with logistics partners for efficient delivery
Job Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in e-commerce operations
- Strong understanding of online retail processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and e-commerce platforms
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing
