Responsibilities
- Monday-Friday (9:00 am to 5:00 pm)
- Answering and returning all company phone calls
- Keep track of all company voicemails
- Keep inventory of all office merchandise and supplies
- Enter patient’s information into the database
- Regularly updating all company spreadsheets and databases
- Perform all office secretarial tasks including but not limited to faxing, copying, ordering supplies and merchandise, and entering information into the company database
- Preparing patient files for incoming prescriptions and all pertaining paperwork
- Verifying patient’s insurance are active
- Calling doctor’s offices and hospitals to request any missing paperwork
- Prepare Delivery tickets for all approved merchandise
- Updating office manager weekly on all accomplished tasks throughout the week

Duke Medical Inc. is a (DME) Durable Medical Equipment Office who is seeking for a Bilingual English and Spanish speaking candidate to join our team.
Position:
Full-Time
Monday-Friday (9:00 am to 5:00 pm)
Salary:
$17.00-$18.00 per hour
