Carma’s Customer Hub, located at our vibrant head office in Alexandria, Sydney, is looking for passionate, engaging people to be the voice of Carma! You’ll be the main point of contact for our customers, guiding them through their car-buying journey with energy, empathy, and expertise. If you’re driven to deliver amazing customer experiences, let’s get you on board!
What you’ll be doing

- Chatting with customers across phone, email, social media, and chat, handling every question with a friendly, can-do attitude.
- Level up your car knowledge—we’ll keep you up to speed on brands, models, and features so you can help customers when they need it.
- Be a trusted guide with empathy and understanding, offering advice at just the right moments.
- Spot and solve potential issues before they become problems, delivering fast solutions and an unforgettable buying experience.
- Keep the team spirit high! Take ownership of every interaction, follow up, and close the loop to make every customer feel valued.
Okay, let’s talk about you

- You’ve got experience in customer service and a knack for making people feel heard.
- Love cars? Awesome! New to it? No problem—we’ll teach you!
- Stellar communication skills—written, spoken, and everything in between.
- Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new systems.
- Multitasking pro with the flexibility to handle changing priorities
- We’re open daily, so flexible availability across weekdays and weekends is essential for this role!
- We’re based in Alexandria, Sydney – so you’ll need to be comfortable with this commute to the office (we have free parking onsite!)
