Prime UK Contractors Ltd is currently seeking a skilled CPCS Traffic Marshall to join our team for a 12-month contract on a construction site in Clapham, London. As a CPCS Traffic Marshall, you will play a crucial role in assisting with forklift operations and ensuring smooth deliveries on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely direct and control traffic on the construction site to ensure the safety of all personnel and vehicles.
- Coordinate with forklift operators to assist with loading and unloading materials.
- Manage deliveries and ensure they are carried out efficiently to support project timelines.
- Communicate effectively with site personnel to coordinate traffic movements and deliveries.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and protocols at all times.
Requirements:
- Valid CPCS Traffic Marshall ticket is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Understanding of forklift operations and site logistics.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to traffic management.
