Job Title: Client Care Manager
Salary: £35,000 up to and depending on experience
Location: Maven Veterinary Centre, Sutton
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, 5 Days per week.
Shifts: Monday to Friday, varied/flexible shifts. 8:00–16:00 or 12:00-20:00. Plus 1 in 9 full weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and 1 in 9 Saturdays with time back in lieu the following week.

We have an exceptional opportunity at Maven to lead our outstanding Customer Care Team.
We are seeking an individual who loves animals and can lead by example, foster positive and open communication across all teams and exceed expectations for our clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
The focus as the Client Care Manager is to provide an exceptional service to our clients and their pets – providing a link between clients and the clinical team.
The role plays a key part in identifying new ways of working and supporting the practice and the team to overcome daily challenges.
Your key responsibilities:
- Leading the non-clinical team in daily tasks, promoting well-being and being a general support to colleagues.
- Managing the Client Care Team including; rota, holiday requests, chairing team meetings, involved in recruitment, collating payroll data, managing expenses, managing appraisals, managing sickness
- Part of the Senior Leadership Team – attend management meetings and be the link between the Customer Care Team and the senior leadership team, active part in monthly Practice Meetings
- Oversea managing the client journey, making them feel at home and comfortable and promoting the services we offer
- Managing the daily cashing up, and weekly banking process
- Managing client feedback and client complaints
- Managing the telephone and messaging system and internal TV promotion
Required Experience
- Experience in a veterinary practice is preferred but not required.
- To fully support our Client Care team, we are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience managing and leading a team.
