About Community Healthcare Network (CHN):
CHN is a New York City-based federally qualified health center providing access to quality, culturally competent, and comprehensive community-based primary care, mental health services, and social services. As a network of twelve health centers across four boroughs, multiple medical mobile units, and two school-based health centers, CHN reaches over 85,000 individuals each year.
We are seeking a Medical Director/Clinician for our Tremont Health Center located at 1880 Bathgate Ave, Bronx, NY 10457.
Reporting to the Chief of Primary Care, this position is responsible for assuming leadership in clinical affairs at a particular CHN Center; supervises other clinicians at that Center and teams with the Center Director to manage medical operations at the Center.
The ideal candidate will have a valid N.Y.S. License to deliver medical care and at least one (1) year of post-graduate/residency experience delivering care in a Primary Care setting.
