Job Description:
Are you passionate about providing excellent childcare and looking for an exciting opportunity in London? We are seeking dedicated and experienced Childcare Professionals, including Childminders, Nannies, Nursery Assistants, and Early Years Practitioners to join our dynamic team across various locations in London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality care and support for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Creating and maintaining a stimulating, nurturing, and positive environment for children to thrive.
• Planning and engaging in educational and creative activities that promote the child’s physical, emotional, and intellectual development.
• Communicating effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for children.
• Adhering to safeguarding and health and safety policies at all times.

Requirements:

• Relevant childcare qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Childcare, Early Years, or equivalent).
• Previous experience working in childcare (minimum of 1-2 years preferred).
• A passion for working with children and a deep understanding of child development.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• First Aid certification is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and adaptable, with a positive and caring attitude.
