- Provide care to multiple residents within the facility
- Ensure the rights of residents are respected and observed
- Assist with personal care and daily living tasks
- Help nurses with the admission, transfer, and discharge processes
- Aid in administering treatments and evaluating residents’ conditions
- Participate in restorative and rehabilitation care under supervision
- Demonstrate reliability by attending scheduled shifts consistently
